EB-5 Visa Program

Under the EB-5 visa program, investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence (become a Green Card holder) if they make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States that creates or saves at least 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.

Investment and Expenses

The minimum EB-5 Targeted Employment Area (TEA) investment is US$800,000. The EB-5 investment is designed to return funds in 48 months.

In addition to your investment, your expenses include a Regional Center administrative fee US$50,000 to US$70,000 (project dependent), legal fees US$18,000 to US$25,000 (attorney and source of funds dependent, includes legal fees for Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing), USCIS I-526E filing fee US$12,160, I-485 Adjustment of Status filing fee US$1,440, I-131 application for Travel Document US$630 and I-756 application for Employment Authorization US$260.
